In Yemen thousands of women have taken part in anti-government demonstrations - a day after President Ali Abdullah Saleh said the mingling of men and women at protests in the capital was against Islamic law.
Our correspondent in Yemen, who we are not naming for security purposes, reports on the strength of feeling that has brought women onto the streets in protest.
